Terms of Use

These terms cover every application published by DNG Soft ("we", "our", "us") other than our games, which have their own terms at app.dngsoft.com/games/terms-of-use. By installing or using one of our apps you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.

1. The licence you get

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use our apps on devices you own or control. You may not sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute an app, and you may not reverse engineer, decompile or modify it except where the law allows you to despite this clause.

2. What we own

Our apps, their code, artwork, sounds, names and logos belong to us or to our licensors. Using an app does not transfer any of that to you.

3. Content you provide, and content you receive

You keep ownership of whatever you put into an app — text, photos, documents, audio, playlists. You grant us only the permission needed to operate the feature you asked for, such as sending your input to the service that processes it and returning the result. You are responsible for having the right to submit what you submit.

Some of our apps display or play material from third-party services, or generate output using third-party AI models. That material is not ours, we do not endorse it, and we cannot guarantee it is accurate, current or suitable for your purpose. Where an app relies on a third-party service, that service's own terms and privacy policy apply in addition to these terms. Do not rely on generated output for medical, legal, financial or other professional decisions without checking it.

4. Acceptable use

Please do not use our apps to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, to produce material that is unlawful, abusive or sexually exploitative, to attempt to obtain paid content without paying for it, or to attack, overload or circumvent our services or the services they depend on. We may stop providing an app to anyone who does.

5. Purchases and subscriptions

Some apps sell an unlock or a subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play.

• One-time purchases unlock content on the store account that bought them and do not expire.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown until you cancel. Cancel at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings; the subscription then runs to the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling partway through a period does not produce a partial refund.
• Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before then.
• Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, under its refund policy. We cannot issue refunds ourselves, but write to us and we will help you approach the store.

Prices vary by country and may change. A price change never applies to a purchase you have already made, and for subscriptions you will be told before it takes effect.

Premium features may carry usage limits, which are described in the app where they apply. We may adjust the features included in a paid tier; if a change is material and unfavourable, you may cancel before it takes effect.

6. Availability and changes

We may update, change or withdraw an app or any of its features, and we may stop supporting old operating system versions. Features that depend on a network or on a third-party service can be interrupted by that service. We do not promise that an app will be uninterrupted or free of defects.

7. Your data

Each app has its own privacy policy, linked from its settings screen and from its store listing. Read it for what that app collects and why.

8. No warranty, and the limit of our liability

Our apps are provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability to you for any claim relating to an app is limited to the amount you paid us for that app in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may end these terms at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or end your licence if you materially breach these terms. Sections 2, 8 and 11 survive termination.

10. Children

If you are under the age at which you can agree to these terms in your country, a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf, and purchases require their permission.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict of law rules. Nothing here removes a consumer protection you have in your own country.

12. Apple and Google

These terms are between you and DNG Soft, not with Apple or Google. The store you installed from is not responsible for an app or its content, and has no obligation to provide support for it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms for apps obtained from the App Store and may enforce them against you.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date at the top will change. Continuing to use an app after a change means you accept the new version.
