Terms of Use

These terms cover every game published by DNG Soft. By installing or playing one of our games you agree to them. If you do not agree, please uninstall the game.

1. The licence you get

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play our games on devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. You may not sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute a game, and you may not reverse engineer, decompile or modify it except where the law says you may despite this clause.

2. What we own

The games, their code, artwork, sounds, names and logos belong to us or to our licensors. Playing a game does not transfer any of that to you. Classic games — draughts, sudoku, solitaire and the like — are public-domain pastimes; our particular implementation and presentation of them is not.

3. Purchases

Some games sell an unlock or a subscription through Google Play or the Apple App Store.

• One-time purchases unlock content on the store account that bought them and do not expire.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown until you cancel. Cancel at any time in your Google Play or App Store account settings; the subscription then runs to the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
• Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, under its refund policy. We cannot issue refunds ourselves, but write to us and we will help you approach the store.

Prices vary by country and may change. A price change never applies to a purchase you have already made, and for subscriptions you will be told before it takes effect.

4. Fair use

Please do not use cheats, modified clients or automated tools against our games, do not attempt to obtain paid content without paying for it, and do not use our games to break the law. We may stop providing a game to anyone who does.

5. Availability

Our games are offline games: they are designed to work without a network. Even so, we may update, change or withdraw a game, and we may stop supporting old operating system versions. We do not promise that a game will be free of defects.

6. Your data

Each game has its own privacy policy, linked from its settings screen and from its store listing. Read it for what that game collects.

7. No warranty, and the limit of our liability

Our games are provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability to you for any claim relating to a game is limited to the amount you paid us for that game in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Children

If you are under the age at which you can agree to these terms in your country, a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf, and purchases require their permission.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date at the top will change. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the new version.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict of law rules. Nothing here removes a consumer protection you have in your own country.
