These terms govern your use of Anna AI (com.anna.aichat),
published by DNG Soft. By using the app you accept them. If you do not, do not use it.
Anna AI lets you hold conversations with AI characters. Every character is fiction: the name, the job, the personality and the picture are written and generated by us, and the replies are produced by AI models. No character is a real person, and no character is speaking on behalf of one.
Replies are generated automatically and are not reviewed by a human before you see them. They can be wrong, out of date, biased or invented outright, and they can be wrong while sounding certain. Treat everything a character tells you as a starting point to check, not as fact.
This matters most where a character presents itself as an expert. A character described as a doctor, a lawyer, a therapist, a financial adviser or a teacher is a persona, not a professional. Nothing in this app is medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and it is not a substitute for a qualified person. If you are in crisis or need urgent help, contact a local emergency service or a crisis line — not this app.
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live. Conversations are open-ended and are not designed for children.

What you type stays yours. As between you and us, you may use the replies you receive, including pictures a character draws, for your own purposes — including commercially. Two limits are worth stating plainly: AI output is not always original and may resemble something else, and in several countries purely machine-generated work cannot be copyrighted. We make no promise that anything produced here is unique or protectable.
You are responsible for what you send, and for what you do with what you get back.
Use is metered in daily credits, which reset at midnight in your device's time zone. A message costs one credit and a generated picture costs more, because a picture costs us more to make. The free allowance and the Pro allowance are both set by us and may change; we will not reduce an allowance you have already paid for during a billing period.
Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold by Google Play or the Apple App Store. It renews until you cancel, and you cancel it in your store account, not in the app. Refunds are handled under the rules of whichever store you bought it from. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
The app needs a network connection to reply, and depends on third-party AI providers. We do not promise it will be available without interruption, and we may change or withdraw features. We may add, alter or retire characters.
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for anything you did on the strength of something a character said. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived where you live.
What the app collects and what leaves your device is set out in the Privacy Policy. In short: there is no account, conversations are stored on your device, and nothing sent for a reply carries an identifier.
If these terms change we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the change.
