Sola does not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, address, or phone number.

3. AI Processing and Third-Party Model Providers

Sola gives you access to AI models operated by third-party providers. When you send a message or image:

• Your request is transmitted over an encrypted connection to our servers
• Our servers forward the request to the AI provider that operates the model you selected
• The generated response is returned to your device
• Your request is processed for the purpose of answering it and is not used by us to build advertising profiles

The handling of data by each AI provider is governed by that provider's own privacy policy. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information, credentials, or confidential material to the AI assistant.

4. Data Storage and Retention

• Your conversation history is stored locally on your device and can be deleted at any time from within the app
• Messages and images sent for processing are handled transiently and are not retained on our servers as part of a user profile
• Deleting the app removes the conversation history stored on your device
• Aggregated, non-identifying analytics may be retained to monitor app health

5. Purchases and Subscriptions

Premium features are sold as in-app purchases and subscriptions. Payments are processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never receive or store your payment card details. We receive only the purchase and subscription status needed to unlock premium features.
