Privacy Policy for Brixly

This Privacy Policy explains how Brixly ("we", "our", or "the app") handles information when you play it. Brixly is a block puzzle game: you place blocks on an 8x8 board to clear rows and columns, in a classic endless mode, an adventure of levels and a daily challenge.

The short version. Brixly has no account, no sign-in and no analytics of its own, and your game progress never leaves your device. The game is free and shows ads from Google AdMob; Google may collect some device data to serve those ads, as described below. One optional purchase removes the ads.

1. Information Stored On Your Device

To work, the app keeps a few things in its own private storage on your phone or tablet. They are never sent to us or to anyone else:

• Your progress: scores and best score, adventure levels won, daily challenge days, achievements and statistics.
• Your settings: language, theme, sound, music and vibration choices, drag speed and color assist.
• Whether you own the "Remove ads" purchase, so the app remembers it between sessions.

You can erase your progress at any time with Settings > Reset progress. Deleting the app deletes all of this.

2. Advertising

Brixly shows banner, full-screen and optional rewarded video ads through Google AdMob. To serve, measure and limit ads (including frequency capping and fraud prevention), Google and its advertising partners may collect:

• device identifiers such as the Android Advertising ID or, on iPhone and iPad, Apple's advertising identifier (IDFA), only if you allow tracking;
• your IP address, from which an approximate location may be derived;
• device and app information, such as the device model, operating system version, language and app version;
• your interactions with ads, such as views and taps, and ad-related diagnostics.

On Android, Google's ads SDK may also use the Android Privacy Sandbox advertising features (Topics and attribution reporting) where your device supports them.

This data is collected and processed by Google under its own policies: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy. We do not receive any of it in a form that identifies you.

3. Your Choices

• European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland and US states with privacy laws: the app asks for your consent before personalised ads are shown, using Google's consent tool. You can change your choice at any time in Settings > Privacy & ads.
• iPhone and iPad: the app may ask for permission to track you across apps (App Tracking Transparency). If you decline, your IDFA is not used and ads are not personalised with it.
• Android: you can reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of personalised ads, in your device settings (Settings > Google > Ads, or Settings > Privacy > Ads).
• Remove ads: the optional purchase below turns off all ads in the app.

4. Purchases

Brixly offers one optional one-time purchase, "Remove ads". Payment is handled entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their own privacy policies; we never see your payment details. The app only asks the store whether your account owns the item and remembers the answer on your device.

5. Permissions

• Internet and network state: used to load ads and to check your purchase with the store. The game itself works offline.
• Advertising ID and ad services: used by Google's ads SDK as described in section 2.
• Google Play billing: used for the "Remove ads" purchase.
• Vibration: used for haptic feedback, which you can turn off in Settings.

Brixly does not request access to your contacts, photos, camera, microphone, files or precise location.

6. Children

Brixly is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

7. Changes to This Policy

If the app starts handling information differently, we will update this page and the date at the top before that version is released.
